I have to say that the service is exceptional at Zorra. We bought a used hot tub off Kijiji and ran into our share of problems right from the beginning. The staff at Zorra could have easily talked us into buying a new tub but Joe explained all our options and helped us get the tub running like new at a fraction of the price of a new tub.
