How To Pay Your Bill Or Invoice

We offer several different ways to pay your bill or invoice, they are all outlined below:

Service Invoices

Payment Policy – Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and is not conditional on any other work being done. It is our policy to collect payment from work that has been completed before we will come out to do more service that is required.

We require a major credit card to book a service appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Agreement of Terms – By confirming your service call appointment with our team, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and policies laid out on this page.

Debit Card		Partially Accepted. Debit cards can only be processed in store, payment prior to service is accepted in store.
Cheques		Not Accepted. Cheques are not accepted for service invoices.
Cryptocurrencies & Digital Currencies		Not Accepted. Cryptocurrencies & Digital Currencies are not accepted for service invoices.

Hot Tub & Swim Spa Purchases

Hot Tub & Swim Spa Purchases must be paid in full 24 hours before delivery or within 10 days of spa arriving at Zorra.

Bank Draft		Accepted. We accept bank draft for all hot tub & swim spa purchases.
E-transfer		Accepted. We accept e-transfer for all hot tub & swim spa purchases. Please note you may have a daily or weekly limit on e-transfers. Send all e-transfers to Lisa@zorrahottubs.com
Debit Card		Accepted. We accept debit cards for all hot tub & swim spa purchases. Please note debit cards can only be processed in store.
Finance		Accepted. We offer financing for all hot tub & swim spa purchases. Apply Now
Credit Cards		Partially Accepted. We accept credit cards for all hot tub & swim spa purchases. Please note credit cards can only be used for up to 25% of the invoice amount. Pay Now
Cheques		Partially Accepted. We accept cheques for all hot tub & swim spa purchases. Please note cheques require at least 10 business days to clear.
Cryptocurrencies & Digital Currencies		Not Accepted. Cryptocurrencies & Digital Currencies are not accepted for hot tub & swim spa purchases.

General In Store & Online Purchases

All in store purchases must be paid for before merchandise can ordered or leave the store. Such merchandise includes but is not limited to; water care chemicals, spa accessories, parts, etc…
