I recently purchased a swim spa from Zorra hot tubs. The experience has been really great. There were some challenges on getting ready for the delivery on my side and Zorra hot tubs was great to offer me options to work with the delays I was having. On the day of delivery, everything went very smoothly. I have had the swim spa now almost a month and I continue to get great service whenever I go in to the store for help on the water balance side of things. We had been shopping around for a hot tub for a couple of weeks, but were never completely “sold” on any place we visited. A friend mentioned Zorra’s just west of Woodstock and so, went to see what they had… From the moment we entered the showroom, the staff were very curtious, friendly and helpful with all our questions.
