How To Custom Order A Hot Tub Cover
Replacement Hot Tub Covers
Lead time for cover orders is 8 weeks. Please contact us to confirm lead times before ordering.
All of our covers are made in Ontario by HST Synthetics. They use the highest quality materials and are made to withstand our diverse climate. All covers include a new set of cover clips with screws and locking keys. A new cover does not include a cover remover but they can be purchased separately.
Cover Remover Options
If you would like to order a cover remover with your cover, choose one of the options below and add it to your cart.
Mounted to the side of the hot tub using screws, the standard cover remover keeps the cover up high. 14″ of clearance is required behind the hot tub for it to work.
Mounted to the support base using the weight of the hot tub, the low mount cover remover keeps the cover down low. 20″ of clearance is required behind the hot tub for it to work.
Cover Grades
We offer 3 different cover grades, their differences are explained below;
- Good – Standard (uninsulated) centre seam, 2 mil (.002″) vapour barrier
- Better – Full foam (insulated) centre seam, 4 mil (.004″) vapour barrier
- Best – Full foam (insulated) centre seam, 6 mil (.006″) vapour barrier, upgraded handles
Cover Delivery
We offer 3 different delivery options, their differences are explained below;
- Pickup – When the cover arrives, we will contact you and you can pick it up from Zorra any time we are open
- Local Delivery – We will deliver and install the new cover on your spa
- Local Delivery & Disposal – We will deliver and install the new cover on your spa and take away the old cover for you
Cover Colours
We offer 21 different colour options, all materials are UV treated and mold & mildew resistant.
- Basic Vinyl – Standard Marine Grade Vinyl
- Specialty Vinyl – Carbon / Merlot – Marine Grade Vinyl with textured finish
- Pro-Tex Polyester – Dyed polyester fabric that is 25% lighter than vinyl and coated for waterproofing

Fill out the form above and save the order form, you can email it to us to process an order. Please specify the make and model if possible, and ensure the seam location is correct. Please note that if a cover is ordered wrong we can’t accept a return, each one is custom made!
Basic Measurement
Measure your spa from edge to edge, across the outside dimension of the acrylic. The spa cover will be made with the centre seam along the side with the longer measurement, unless otherwise specified. Please take note of the direction of the seam on your existing cover. Make sure you get the cover seam you want.
Skirt Measurement
The skirt hangs from the edge of your cover. Your spa may have a rail. If it does, measure from the top of the rail to the top of your acrylic, then subtract 1/2 inch. This will prevent the skirt from bunching. If your spa does not have a rail, simply measure from the top of the spa surface to the bottom of the spa lip and add 1/2 inch.
Radius Measurement
You can use a carpenter square to measure the corner radius of your spa, as shown above:
If your spa is an octagon in shape, then use the edge to edge measurement. Simply specify the shape of the cover when you are requesting a quote.
Special Shaped Covers
If your spa is an irregular shape, it is helpful to provide the make and model of the spa. Please specify the shape of the spa cover when requesting a quote.
